A little bit about us
Our eldest is Fritz. He’s 3 years old. A bit shy at first but so sweet. He is obsessed with trucks, helping his dad work on projects, and playing with his tractors, trucks and Magnatiles. He’s very curious and loved to figure out how things work.
Claire or “Sissy” is our 17 month old. She’s affectionate, active, an excellent communicator and has big opinions. Claire wants to do everything her big brother does regardless of if she’s big enough to try. She adores all animals and feeding the barn cats is one of her top activities.
We live on some land and the children love to be outside exploring, playing with their toys (our son could dig with his trucks for hours on end) or throwing sticks into the woods haha. We do not typically use screen time so our ideal sitter would be up for lots of reading, sensory play, or just following the kid’s lead in whatever game/activity they’ve invented that day.
We have two dogs- one large breed, one small- that love to be part of the action. We don’t expect you to do a lot of explicit pet care but if the dogs are asking to go out or you’re sitting over their meal time if that could be covered that would be appreciated. Our house is your house while you’re here. Sitters can of course help themselves to whatever food/drink they’d like. Thank you so much for looking at our profile and we look forward to meeting you!
