We pay $17/hour and need help mostly on Wednesdays and Thursdays (full days), with other hours available throughout the week (changes depending on the week).
I expect our nanny to act as “me” while we are away rather than just a babysitter. This means unloading the dishwasher or folding some laundry while baby takes a nap, or running to the grocery store every once in a while.
