A little bit about me
I am a therapist currently finishing up my doctoral degree in clinical psychology. I have worked with kids of all ages therapeutically, as a tutor, and as a babysitter. I have training in attachment research and have experience studying play, development, and improving the caregiver/child relationship. I also have an MA in English from Columbia so I can help with summer academic support for older kids. I live in Brooklyn and I’m flexible on hours and location. My approach with children of any age is playful, warm, curious, and sensitive. I also have a backbone and can be firm and calm in hard situations. I really love kids and understanding their feelings and behaviors. I also am a good communicator and know how important it is to develop trust with the nanny you hire. I am confident about being able to build a good connection with you and your child. I hope to hear from you soon!
Warmly,
Rose Howell

A little bit about me
My name is Mallory. I have worked as a nanny/child caretaker for several years now for a variety of different families. I am an enthusiastic individual and always look for fun ways to engage with the kids that I care for. I love to sing, maybe dance a bit and stay on my toes. I connect with kids easily and always try to entertain their ideas, I believe it is important to let a child be creative and play along. I focus on the current needs of the child while being adaptable to and following the expectations of parents, including any implemented schedules. I believe communication is crucial and always remain transparent with the families that I work with.
I am a respectful, responsible and overachieving individual. My first priority will always be the kids I care for, however, I am willing to help around the home.
My primary language is English, but I am proficient in Spanish and more than happy to utilize the language or teach!
If you see fit, I would love to be in contact!
