I'm a single mom & anesthesiologist, looking for someone eminently reliable, flexible & ideally long-term who will come to love my sweet, amazing, very easy kiddos (10 & 14).
I need before-&-after school care most days. Job will include a negotiable amount of mother's helper/household duties while kids are at school. Must be available for unexpected (rare) sick-kid days & other occasional daytime responsibilities. Can guarantee a minimum average hrs/wk so you have stable guaranteed salary. Summers and school holidays may average 40hr/wk.
Must be nurturing, flexible, and focused on the well-being of my kiddos. Must be willing to help with basic household & pet responsibilities, help with homework, communicate with teachers/coaches/play-date parents & drive kids to sports & activities. We will prioritize your happiness & balance.

We're a happy, fun, hardworking family in Point Loma looking for a full-time nanny (35-40 hours per week; MWF 5-6 hours, T,TH 8 hours) to play with, engage and love our 10-month-old daughter. We're looking for someone who authentically loves connecting with children, and is interested in child development.
Our girl is very active (crawling), focused, & playful. She loves taking in the world, observing and learning. We need someone who will engage with her, help her as she grows in hitting key milestones like walking, feeding herself, and talking. We're really taking time to find someone who is truly invested in supporting a child and family and ideally someone who can be with us long-term, at least a year or beyond.
The ideal person would be warm, loving, patient, engaging, and connected. They’re extremely count-onable, reliable, and trustworthy. They’d treat her with the love and care that we would. We'd also love someone who can be a little flexible! We both work from home, and while days end a little earlier, sometimes we need a bit more coverage during a busy day.
