A little bit about us

We are new to the Indianapolis area. Moved here earlier this year from VA Beach to have a fresh start and to fulfill my career as the regional manager of a new bakery. I have recently become a single mom and still navigating how to juggle both mom life and my business. With that being said, it has been a daily struggle. Daycare does not work for me unfortunately due to the late night hours my job sometimes requires. So I've been having to just take her to work with me. As we are expanding and opening more locations for this business, I will need all the help i can get. The hours will vary each week. But I would like to aim for a set schedule with a nanny. It would be from noon to late afternoon some days.. and other days 6pm to about 3am due to my store being open until 2am. Must be available on weekends.
My daughter is the sweetest 3 year old. She is super smart for her age, very caring, loves to share, she is obsessed with makeup and will probably try to put lipstick on you 20 times a day. Very girly! And she is a princess for sure. She loves to do any crafts especially painting, loves all toys, and disney movies. Loves playing outside and going to the park. She is in the phase tho of being super independent. She is sassy when she's told no. We are working on it. But she is such a happy girl all the time and a joy to be around! Since her dad has left, she has been super clingy to me and is having some abandonment issues. So this will be difficult for the both of us at first. Will need someone that has lots of patience as we are adjusting to this new lifestyle

A little bit about us

Looking for a Nanny who also wants room and board, but not a deal breaker if we can make it work otherwise! Strict but fair. Role model of sorts! Currently going through a divorce where my wife’s duties were getting the kids to and from school, and typically house care. Some of that would be great, but I’ve only been married 3 years, so most upkeep around the house is something I’ve done myself for years anyway! We do not have children together, so she will obviously be taking her 13 year old daughter with her, and I will be raising my 11 year old daughter alone. This was an easier task in the years before the marriage because I worked for another company. I started my own company a year and a half ago so it’s been a pretty demanding experience . I wish I could give a bit more info at this time about the hours needed, but the reality is it’s not a straight forward answer. 2 things that would be crucial, however, is the ability to take her to school Monday - Friday.

A little bit about us

Hello I am a single mom of three I have to school age kids that I almost always need care for while I work. The youngest stays with his dad sometimes so it would be rare that I would need care for all three. I work night shift 12 hours but can park something out to work 8 hours if that works for the sitter. Some days the kids are in after school until 5:30 p so I would need help with pick ups if possible. The kids usually eat dinner, take baths, do any homework needed for that day then off to bed. They are allowed tv time
