A little bit about us

My 12-year-old son and I, who both use wheelchairs, are looking for someone to live with us and help us out in our downtown condo on Mass Ave.

We need someone who can be home overnight most nights between midnight and 8 AM, just in case I need something like moving a blanket or turning off a light-- assistance which I don't need often. (My son has his own attendants overnight so he typically has his needs covered.)

In exchange that infrequent assistance, I am offering reduced rent at $500/month including utilities. This space would typically cost over $1300.

We have an amazing condo right in the heart of downtown with a spacious kitchen and a balcony with a view for people-watching. You would have a large private bedroom (which is the size of a small studio apartment) and a private bathroom plus a parking space in the garage. It also includes access to the building's communal rooftop and gym.

We have a spunky but sweet chihuahua mix and a very playful orange cat.

If you would be interested in learning more, please reach out. I have pictures available upon request.

A little bit about us

We are looking for someone to care for our 10 month old daughter, Georgia Jean. We need at least one day a week, but may need an additional 2-3 days/week when my mom – our primary babysitter – is out of town. If you are unable to commit to additional days, that is OKAY! It is not a deal breaker.
The day(s) you work and the timeframe are totally flexible and up to YOU! I work from home, so I'll be able to jump in to help throughout the day. Think of this as more of lending a helping hand more than anything! Have kiddos? Feel free to bring them along.
We would love someone who shares our Christian values...Appreciated, but certainly not required!
We do have a dog who lays upstairs all day, so must be comfortable with that! :)
