We are a warm and welcoming family seeking a reliable, proactive, and nurturing nanny-housekeeper to care for our 2-year-old son and support the smooth running of our home. This is a hybrid role combining childcare with household management, ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with young children and maintaining an organized, tidy living space.



Schedule:

Monday to Friday:

Morning shift: 7:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Evening shift: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Wednesday Additional Evening:

8:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Saturday:

Evening shift: 5:30 PM – 11:00 PM



Total Weekly Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week



Note on School Hours:

Our son attends preschool Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. During these hours, no childcare is required, allowing time for focused household support, such as cleaning, organizing, laundry, and meal prep.



Key Responsibilities:



Childcare Duties:

Daily care of our 2-year-old son, including engaging in age-appropriate play and activities

Morning preparation for preschool (dressing, breakfast, packing)

Occasional school drop-off and pick-up (10-minute walk)

After-school care: playtime, dinner, bath, and bedtime routine



Housekeeping Duties (primarily during school hours):

Daily family laundry (wash, fold, and put away)

General cleaning and upkeep of the home (tidying, vacuuming, dishes, etc.)

Maintaining clean and organized shared spaces and the child’s bedroom/play area

Supporting home organization projects (closets, drawers, etc.)



Meal Support & Errands:

Assisting with family meal preparation and kitchen clean-up

Grocery shopping and household errands as needed

Hi! First time Mom located on the UES and looking for a reliable, energetic, and caring part time nanny (Monday and Tuesday 9-6PM) for our son starting in April. He will be 3 and half months old.
