Full-time nanny position available starting March 6th for a family in NE Portland with a 5-year-old boy and his soon to be baby sister due at the end of January. The nanny's schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The boy attends school full time so the position is primarily care of the baby girl. The family has had wonderful relationships with previous nannies including their last long term nanny in Portland and a long term Nanny in Brooklyn prior to relocating. A little bit about us

Sky is a happy, giggly, energetic 9mo old boy. He loves to play, crawl and explore. We live in NE Portland, and would like to find someone to care for Sky approx 3-4 days per week. Given Sky's stage (crawling, beginning to pull to stand / walk), it's important to us that the person caring for Sky really engages & plays with him, and watches him closely. During the day, Sky will eat pureed foods + formula and takes 2 solid naps (60-90+mins each). Please let us know any questions. Thanks!

A little bit about us

We need someone who enjoys nature and is willing to take our child outside and teach her about the natural world. Our daughter will be starting preschool in a couple weeks and will be in school from 9-11:30 Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our school requires family participation twice a month, so you will need to help out in the class room on the days we are not able to. This will require a background check. We are an inclusive family who welcomes and encourages people from all ethnicities, walks of life, and identifications.
