A little bit about us

Just need backups right now. 3 kids 4.5 year old boy and 2.5 year old boy and 1 year old boy. I work from home so always around. Just need someone to play, help with developmental milestones and day to day. Hours will be 9am till 5pm. No driving necessary. 4 year old will be in preschool during the day till 3pm. Very little time when you will have all 3. I am working on weaning! We do also have a 9 year old staffordshire terrier who is the sweetest!
Looking for someone who has experience with young kids and working with multiple kids. Must be able to redirect. Our kids are great but like any kid they have their moments of struggling so someone who really knows how to come in and just be with the kids. They are priority! Also would be great if you could help pick up the kid area. We are currently potty training our almost 3 year old as well. So help with that is apprecaited!
