A little bit about us

Pierce is our new baby that was born at 32 weeks - because he is a preemie baby, it is recommended that we postpone daycare enrollment until he is one year of age. We are hoping to find someone who has experience in infant care with a specialty in caring for preemie babies!

We are looking for someone who is responsible, trustworthy, organized, over-communicative, nurturing, kind, fun, creative, and safety-oriented. We will have a schedule laid out by the NICU once Pierce is discharged that we would like to stick to as closely as possible. We are looking for someone who is able to track the following throughout the day: feeds, diapers, temperature, number of naps and duration, developmental activity time and duration, tummy time.

Pierce's current feeding schedule: 8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm.
*Diaper change/temp check 15 minutes prior to feeds and burping/nap directly after feeds.

We would also love updates/pictures sent to mom and dad's phones throughout the day on how Pierce is enjoying his day! Inclusive on any milestone stones or firsts for us to celebrate once we are home!
