Part-Time Babysitter Position for two boys (ages 2 and 5) (approx. 9+ hours per week)

We are in search of a part-time babysitter to help care for our two young sons. We live near the City of Jersey Village, just inside of Beltway 8 and north of US-290, and our boys attend a Montessori school in the Spring/Klein area near the intersection of FM-1960 with Kuykendahl Road.

We are hoping to find someone that could be available for approximately 1:30pm - 6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays to pick the boys up from school, bring them home, and stay with them until we are able to take over their evening routines. The desired start date would be August 17th, or ASAP thereafter. There are likely to be opportunities for additional hours when the boys have school holidays and for date night babysitting, as the sitter’s schedule may permit.

The primary duty would be school pickup and taking care of the kids in the late afternoon, so the position requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, proof of appropriate insurance coverage, and a safe and reliable car, which can accommodate two child-safety seats.
