A little bit about us

Hey,
I'm Taylor with Portland Nanny (portlandnanny.com)! We are hiring on-call nannies and when we have placements come available you can also apply for those if it fits your availability and interested. Our flex care/on-call nannies start at $20/hour. If you do last minute sits that start with 48 hours or less it's an extra $2 per hour, and late night sits that end between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am make an extra $3 per hour during those time frames. We also reimburse for mileage during last minute/on-call sits where you travel more than 20 miles round trip. Every nanny is employed by us, and earns sick time! If you are full time (30 hours or more) you are also eligibile for PTO. No driving of the kids is required/allowed.
Our on-call nannies are teachers, nannies with other families, work at daycares, college students, and so much more! They love the flexibility of being able to choose when they work!
Additionally, we do contract placements where the family is your employer, and we help navigate that entire process for you! That pay starts at $25 an hour. The last few placements have been at $30 an hour (depending on experience).

Looking for a babysitter for date nights so once a month 4 hours at a time on a given weekend (4pm-8pm). This person would also help feed the two kids (microwaving prepared food and helping them eat).

We do have a cat at home but no care is needed for our cat, just for you to be aware.

My daughters are aged 3 and 1. They love to sing and dance. They are very social so expect a lot of interaction.

The older one is potty trained while the younger is still in diapers.
