A little bit about us

We are looking for someone interested in part-time work being in the home with mom and the 4 kids while dad is at work. Ideally 2-3 days a week, 5-8 hours a day. Flexible on days of the week right now. We really just need an extra set of hands and a loving spirit to help m9m get through the day - holding/feeding babies, playing with the "big kids", maybe some light house work. We try to align our home to Waldorf principles - very little screen time if any, cooking together, songs and open ended play/exploration inside and outside.

We have a 12 year old that needs a tutor/help staying on task with her homework. She enjoys reading, anime, her friends, and her dog. She also loves camping, adventures, biking and exploring.

My 12 year old is very capable, but she struggles with organization and task management. It would be very helpful to have someone help her with her homework, keep her on task, and help her organize her ideas and work.

She needs someone who is friendly but firm.

The hours are flexible but we are thinking about 2 hours, 3 evenings a week, or in a weekend. Just someone to hold her accountable and take a stressor out of our relationship with her.

A little bit about us

Mom and Dad of the sweetest 2 and half year old fast mover both work every other Monday and Tuesday. We are searching for someone that can help our little one explore, play and learn for 8 to 10 hours a day for two days every other week. I work from home weekdays and my wife works nights every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We will both be here, but the wife will be sleeping before shift Mondays and after a night shift Tuesdays and I shut myself in the office for a min of 8 hours. J.J. is sweet, bright, as cooperative as I expect from a toddler and warms up quickly to new folks. I'm not exaggerating when I say she's a fast mover though. She loves playing outside and I like her to have time in nature everyday. She needs to be challenged. We are not opposed to someone bringing their own child along if appropriate, but not interest in a multi-client situation. We really need help and there is an opportunity for more hours if desired. We can talk about what that would look like if someone is interested, but one thing would be the Friday before, as I stop early every other Friday when the wife is starting her shifts. Willing to negotiate, please reach out.
