Allow independent play as well as engage/read books/practice sounds/side by side play. Diapers are to be changed every 3 hrs/when she wakes up from a nap. Stool diapers are changed immediately. Keep her & her areas clean/organized before end of shift (nursery, living room, vacuum living room, her bathroom is cleaned weekly, laundry whenever full and folded, wipe down high chair, wash any dishes you used, cook simple meals for her). Would need you to arrive by 4:45am on certain days and then 615am on others. Your work day varies between getting off at 2pm or 3pm latest. She sleeps until 6-7am variably. Husband does get off early some days and can relieve you at 11am or noon.
You are allowed to sleep in the guest room until she wakes up (mornings and during naps) & we have a monitor for you to use if you would rather stay up and watch TV & do leisure activities in the living room on the comfiest couch with free food in the fridge ((: Mi casa es tu casa! The bathroom is also free for you to shower & etc.
I also request that you would let me know 12 hrs or more prior if you cannot make it for your shift.
Salary 2,000 a month (cash…)
6-10 hr shifts
Rotating schedule:
3 days/week one week
4 days/week the next then rotates & every other weekend off/no weekends if you didn’t want to work weekends and we’re okay committing more hours on the weekdays instead of getting off earlier (husband can go to the gym then & have personal time!)
Starts around the second week of Oct. I’ll have a clear and precise schedule when I finally receive my own schedule!
We do salary just because some days you’ll only work 4 hours. Others will be a full 8. Rarely is it ever more than 8 hours.
