A little bit about us

I need help :) I am looking for an in-my-home nanny to take care of my 2 small children. My work situation is hybrid where I go into the office 5 days in a 2 week period. I am looking for a reliable nanny that can be at my house Monday - Friday by 7:45am and stay until 6pm (on days I go into work) or 8:30am - 5pm on days I work from home. Some days there might be some flexibility in coming in later or leaving early depending on my work load that day or if my older children feel like helping out that day. My younger children are 4 months and 2 years old. My 4 month old had really bad acid reflux so it has been difficult to feed her but she has improved greatly. I need someone to constantly offer her milk to make sure she eats enough during the day. She is mostly calm and easy going. She is content most of th time. My 2 year old is very high energy and stubborn. Ideally I'd like someone to take her to either play groups or the park to release energy. We want someone that really interacts with our children, plays with them, talks to them while keeping them safe. Bilingual Spanish speaker would be a plus. We would have meals ready so that you will just need to heat up unless you want to prepare meals. No cleaning necessary we just expect toys to be put away by the end of the day. We would consider someone that has their own child they need to bring with them. We would like someone that is CPR and first aid certified but if not, we will pay to get you certified if you are a good fit. We are looking for someone to start from now to mid-June until a minimum of 1 year. My husband is currently on parental leave until the end of June and we have 2 older children (girls) aged 17 and 19 that will be at school or work most days. We are only able to offer $[phone number hidden] a month as a monthly salary. That includes paid federal holidays that you are off and 10 paid vacation days.

Must pass background check and provide referrals.
