We have a goofy, smart, animated, chatty, almost 2yr old. We are looking for someone to spend the day with her in our home, while we both work from home. It's important that this nanny be energetic, creative, and someone that can get on her level to have fun with her and become her buddy! She loves imaginative play, art activities, playing outside, singing and dancing. We also have a large, loving (but nosy) lab so comfortability with dogs is a must.
This job would be part time - lots of play/lunch/putting her down for a nap around 1 p.m.
This is a long term position, and want to keep someone as long as possible, to provide a consistent schedule and relationship.

Looking for patience, energy, experience with toddlers, year-round availability. Our parenting style is empathetic, values learning about emotions, but still has boundaries.
$18/hr for our son while we find a family that works for everyone; $20 for 2 kids, more if it's 3. Our son takes a 2 hour nap that you will be paid for but can do homework, watch tv etc.
