A little bit about us

Hi, we are looking for a nanny for our 3 children, part time. Im in a unique position where I started a business and work from home while getting to be with our children during these early years. It’s been such a blessing but as my business is growing I find that I need a few extra hours to work each day. I will be here but will be upstairs out of site. It may take a little adjustment to teach kiddos not to come up during that time but I’m sure if nanny is fun and engaging they won’t after a short time. We have a 5-year-old and twins that will be 3 in April. They play together so well. We really try to get outdoors often. They love to do crafts, go for walks, play in the garden, ano are full of energy. We are located in Kennewick. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and spend some of their time each day for learning/school work. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, as they may need to take to activities depending on the time we choose together. Also someone who does not smoke and is CPR certified. We have an older lab. He’s gentle and sweet and will just bring you a ball any chance he gets but with age can’t fetch too much anymore. I’m looking for someone 3-4 days a week for about 4 hours each day. Very part time. Thank you!

The days would mostly be Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday. May need a Monday night. During the summer, I would need more like 8-10 hours. Would only need to do small tasks in house like get snacks for the boys or make a simple meal like sandwiches or mac and cheese if needed.

A little bit about us

Our oldest son is autistic and has issues with aggression. He is also very talkative and interested in how things work. Our middle child is sweet, but has separation anxiety. Our daughter is a pretty happy baby, and pretty easy-going.

We are looking for someone to babysit two Friday nights per month for date night. Also, during the summer only, we are looking for someone to babysit Monday -Thursday from 1:00-3:00 ish while I exercise.

We qualify for something called respite care through DSHS because of our son's disability, and we are looking for someone who can consistently show-up as scheduled to get 9 hours of paid training to work with our special needs child, and then the state will be paying for $3000 of care on our behalf. We will be privately paying the rest ourselves.

Our oldest child is super challenging, although he has been taking medication for a few weeks which has been helping his aggression a LOT. We are looking for someone who can stay calm though during his aggressive moments.
