A little bit about us

I work out of town half of every month, sometimes more. My wife Elle is HR for a local start up, and also a wedding planner. We have 2 girls, Magnolia (Noli) who is 3 months old and LuKacy (Lulu) who is 2 years old. Both amazing, smart and weirdly independent girls (get it from their mother) We are looking very hard at Nannie’s and daycares, but would just love them to be in home for the next year or 2. Elle works from home so nanny duties would include watching both girls for 5-8 hrs a day, Monday through Friday. So 25-40 hrs a week. We are flexible on time as long as we could get some help. Very light cleaning, just whatever the girls play with such as toys, books, colors, dishes for lunch, etc. We keep our house pretty tidy so no need to do any laundry or deep cleaning. Outdoor activities to the park are appreciated, and there are multiple parks within walking distance. Any activities during working hours that we may plan, zoo/museum/game, the nanny would be more than welcome to come! We would also cover those charges or pay for the hrs they would have worked.

We are looking for a nanny to care for our 2 boys ages 3 and 5 approximately 20-30 hours per week Monday - Friday. We are looking for support in the afternoons through early evenings after school but may need some flexibility to shift schedules should school schedules change in the fall. We need someone with a driver's license to do school pickups occasionally. We would really like a nanny who speaks French so she could help out with preschool level French work as the kids are in an immersion program. We would like our nanny to help pick up toys and clean up after play / eating to ensure the house remains tidy at the end of the day. We also will have some meal prep needs for the kids. We have a small cockapoo (hypoallergenic) so comfort with dogs is also important.

A little bit about us

I have an incredible daughter, Lucy, who is turning 3 this August. I am about to give birth to my second daughter, who is due at the end of August. We’re currently looking for a caring, trustworthy part-time nanny/babysitter in the Kirkland area to provide some help on weekdays.

We’re hoping to find someone who has a flexible schedule and who genuinely enjoys spending time with toddlers and babies. We’re a warm, loving family and live in the Houghton neighborhood of Kirkland.

A few must-haves:
- Valid driver’s license and clean background check
- Comfortable with dogs—we have a sweet mini Australian shepherd who’s great with kids
- Reliability

I’ll be home most days, though I occasionally step out for errands. We’re looking for someone who’s the right fit and brings a joyful presence to our kiddos!

A little bit about us

I am a first time mom, not due until [phone number hidden]. But I am just starting research around childcare in general for potential start time in the first quarter of next year. Probably not until our daughter is about 5-6 months old.

We do have two dogs, so you'd need to be comfortable being in our home with them as well.
