A little bit about us

We are looking for a caregiver for one newborn baby girl, starting in March 2023.

One parent is a first responder, the other works 9-5. On days that the first responder is working, we need roughly 9-5 childcare. On days that they don't work, we don't need care. We have the schedule a year in advance, so while it isn't set days of the week, it is predictable.

We would like the main focus of care to be on our child, but when baby is sleeping if you could do very light housework such as unloading the dishwasher and folding the laundry that would be great. We understand you need breaks too and don't want to overwork you. We have two very sweet dogs, so must be good with pets. The only pet care responsibility we would need is refilling the water bowl and sending them to their kennel when you leave the house. We may occasionally ask you to pick up groceries if the baby is having a good day for going to the store.

We would like you to take baby places that we decide on ahead of time such as play groups, library story time, and the park.

One parent does work from home/ comes and goes throughout the day. We understand this may bring up challenges and we will work with you on this as we get to know you better.
