A little bit about us
I need someone who is both experience with working with multiple kids as well as infants/toddlers. Our kids ages are 10, 3, 2, & 1. You would only be responsible for the three younger ones during the day. They are on a schedule and all nap around the same time so you will have a little downtime. I just ask that you pick up toys and do a quick refresh of the downstairs area before you take a well-deserved break! My mom does also live with us and will be in and out of the house to go to appointments and things, but can assist when she is home.
We prefer someone from a Christian faith (not a requirement). There are certain things we do not allow our kids to watch/listen to and we want someone who can respect our family and decisions.
Our home does have cameras so you would need to be comfortable with that working environment. I do have a closet filled with arts and crafts items. If there is any activities or meals that you would like to plan for the kids, I just ask that you check our supplies/fridge/pantry and if there is anything you need for me to pick up just write it on the fridge!
Open communication is crucial to ensure the safety and well-being of our kids. If the kids are sick or you see scratches or rashes, we want to be informed immediately. Must be comfortable administering meds/epi pen. We also want someone who can come with a structured day planned so the kids aren’t just watching TV all day.
There may be times where you will be responsible for all 4, if the oldest is sick. He is extremely helpful, but does have ADHD so we ask that you are patient with him.

I leave for work right now at 3am but am home by no later then 3pm.
Mom leaves for work by 715am and is home by 5pm. Right now we are looking for someone to take care of her till i get home at 3pm. My hours do vary but for the most part just need someone to watch her till i get home.
It will only be for 4 days being one of the days she will be with her nana.
there is no picking up or dropping off needed. The biggest thing is taking care of my baby girl and maybe light and i mean light cleaning or laundry. that is all. she loves being held a lot.
