He is already in school half days, and we are very hands on as parents. Our present live-in nanny is wonderful and has been with him since he was a baby. Unfortunately given her older age and inexperience with toddlers we both believe this role is too taxing on her.
We are open to both a live in or a local very experienced professional who would be open to overnights. Please note we estimate 2-6 overnight stays per month because we travel for work.
If we find the ideal local candidate (not live in) the schedule would be:

11:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
