Hello, I'm looking for a sitter/nanny for my 3 year old daughter overnight. I work night shift and would need someone just to change her diaper, and watch her during the night while she sleeps. Looking for someone CPR CERTIFIED, experienced with caring for toddlers, potty training and has patience.
Primary needs are bedtime care(brush teeth/change into pajamas), diaper change/encouraging use of potty/toilet and supervision since most of the time she will be spent sleeping.

A little bit about us

We are a young couple with a 2-month-old looking for a full-time nanny. Looking for someone who could come to our home in Orlando 2 days/week and also to our sons grandparents home in Longwood 2 days/ week. The 2 days/week in Orlando, babys dad will be working from home in an office. The 2 days/week in Longwood, babys mom will be working from a home office. There is plenty of room in both houses for a nanny and baby to play and hang out. This is an ideal scenario that allows us the flexibility to spend time with our son throughout the day when we have breaks in our work schedule.

Experience w/ newborns strongly preferred
General help around the house is a plus (wash bottles daily, babys laundry as needed, sweep/vacuum main areas weekly)

Must:
Provide references
Pass background check
Be able to work at both houses
Have own transportation

A little bit about us

My husband and I are looking for a family to participate in a nanny share for our 4-month old son. We're looking for care 9-5pm, M-F (40 hrs per week). We live in the SODO/Conway area of Orlando and are looking for a family that lives nearby to share hours with. The ideal family will live in the general vicinity and will be able to share ~20 hours a week. We're looking for at least a 1-year commitment to the nanny share. We're aiming for a start date in May of 2026. I work from home full-time and my husband works from home 2-days a week. We also have a 5-yr old retriever/lab rescue pup.

We participated in a nanny share with our older son for 3 years and found it to be very rewarding, and are eager to do the same for our younger son.

Please reach out if this is something you're interested in!
