A little bit about us

The job is primarily to take care of a 10 year old boy whose mother is unable to care for the boy adequately. The Nanny will pick up the boy from schoool, help him with homework, cook his dinner, help structure his free time and get him ready for bed. A secondary part of the job involves helping around the house. Keep the kitchen clean, do the laundry, make the beds. We have a cleaning service so there is no heavy cleaning. The mother stays at home but does not drive. So the Nanny will also have to take the mother to do errands and to doctor appointments as necessary. There should be plenty of free time during the day. The hours are Noon - 8pm Monday to Friday during the school year. We would like the person to start at the end of June when the old Nanny leaves to go to law school. The summer hours may be a little more flexible until school starts.
