Work days are Monday- Friday 8:00-5:00pm and care would take place in our home in Milton (5-10 min walk to Central Ave T stop on the trolley from Mattapan Sq. or Ashmont Station; Parking in driveway). We are initially looking for a 1 year commitment but could extend longer.
Responsibilities:
Creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children, balancing activities with lots of nap time
Changing diapers and dressing as needed
Bottle feeding
Minimal food preparation
Indoor play and outdoor walks as weather permits
Developmental activities (e.g., tummy time, toys, etc)
Reading to the children
Tidying babies’ toys & play area, bassinets, etc.
Washing and sterilizing ottles/pacifiers
Administering medicine with parents’ consent, if necessary
Maintaining feeding, diaper, and sleep logs for the parents
Pay: $30/hour + 10 days paid vacation + 5 paid sick days
