A flexible schedule helps but we were thinking 11 or 12-6 Monday through Friday. Maybe a little earlier two days a week to be with the baby. We also have a dog, so comfortable with pets is a plus. Hoping to find someone who will be able to help take some pressure off of me. 4 children is impossible to be there for everyone at once. Would hope to have occasional weekend help, or date night, and the rate overnight. Eventually!
