A little bit about us

I'm an ICU RN and my husband is in school. I work 3 days a week and I'm also in school. My schedule fluctuates weekly and will probably also need someone when I'm not working so I can catch up on school work. On work days I would need someone to come from 6:15 AM- 8:00 PM. The other days would be 9:30AM-5:00PM. I can provide my schedule as soon as I receive it. My son is currently 4.5 months. He's on 3 hour cycles with eating, playing, and sleeping. He goes to bed for the night around 7:30-8:00 PM. Once he starts daycare in about a year or so, I would need someone to pick him up and take him home which would be no later that 6:00 PM.

A little bit about us

I will be moving to North Carolina next year,( target date is July 2024)so I am starting the search for a nanny. I currently live in Northern Virginia, and I have a bit of a support system here for my children as it is, but I will not have that support system when I move to N.C. I am looking for either a live in nanny, or a live out nanny. Although you would be a nanny to all of my children, I will especially need a nanny for my middle child who has ADHD/ADD and has high functioning autism. My middle child has behavior issues and has been suspended from school once, I need someone who would be willing to go pick her up from school or daycare and stay with her at home in case she gets suspended/put out, so essentially, I would need a "stand by nanny". I also need a nanny who would be able to stay at home with either of my children if they are not feeling well so that I do not miss work or school. I plan on putting my children in sports, so sometimes I will need a nanny to take them to their dance/swim classes. I also will need a nanny who could come to the house for at least two full weekends out of the month so that I can get some rest, get a break from the children, or just catch up on school work or go out. I know that this schedule may seem a bit out of whack, but I promise you that you would get a lot of business from me, I just need someone to help me with the kids since I am a single mother, and I will require a lot of mental breaks. By the time I move to N.C, the kids will be 4, 6 and 9 (the oldest can help you out a lot) We just got a kitten who is now 7 weeks ago, he will be one when we move, so I hope you do not mind animals. I also need someone to do light cleaning, just basically cleaning up after the children after meal and pay time, and someone who does not mind assisting the two youngest with bath time. I need someone to work on homework with the oldest, but only if she has any, they do not do homework here in VA, I am not sure how NC works.
