We live in Glen Mills. Candidate must be fully vaccinated. Parents work from home maximum of 2 days per week in an upstairs office. Basement separate space set up for daily independent care. Rough expectations listed below.

A little bit about us
We are in the Garnet Valley School District (GVSD) which will be 100% virtual through (at least) mid-October. Hopefully they'll then switch to a hybrid model (2-3 days in person/wk) at which point we'll also need assistance with transporting the kids home from school and helping at home. We are looking for our care provider to adapt with us as we respond to the schedule of our District.
Thankfully both kids are healthy and do not have special needs. We are a smoke-free and pet-free home.
TIMING: Sept. 2, 2020 - June 2021 (end of school year);
WHERE: Our home in Glen Mills, PA
OVERALL: Support our kids' virtual learning and provide complementary teaching to address gaps
DAILY SCHEDULE, at least through mid-October: 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday
- For our son, kindergarten is 9am-11:30am. During this time, he'll need help to log onto his class and to stay focused on the assignments and lessons from his teacher. From 11:30am - 3:00pm, teach him academics and 'specials' (exercise, art, music, etc.).
- For our daughter, 2nd grade is from 9am-3pm. She'll need occasional help with technology and lessons, etc.
- 3pm-5pm: hang out with the kids!
We look forward to meeting you!
