A little bit about us

I’m looking for someone to watch my 6 year old son Jaden. He’s very bright and talkative (once he warms up to you). He really enjoys Disney movies listening to music and dancing. He has ADHD so when giving direction it’s best to turn off any electronics he may be distracted by. He’s usually very well behaved but has been known to every once in a while be unwilling to participate in activities he hasn’t tried before. When this happens a nudge of encouragement helps him push forward, he may act like he doesn’t enjoy it at first, but once you tell him he doesn’t have to play anymore he usually admits that he enjoyed the new experience. Jaden has a tree nut allergy, but he is not allergic to peanuts or coconuts.
Eppy pens will be at your disposal in case of any possible accidents. Please call 911 after administering and then call me in case of emergency.
My expectations are simply that he spend a good amount of time outside playing (if the weather permits) or being creative whether it be arts and crafts, playing his guitar, dancing etc. I’d like for screen time to be limited to 2-3 hours tops.
I’m a supervisor for a demolition crew. We tear residential and commercial properties down as well as full and partial gut outs and clean outs. I usually work 8 hour days from 8-4 and I arrive back home between 5 and 6 M-F after dropping some of my workers off. So I’ll need you between the hours of 7-5 or 7-6 occasionally. Food will be provided for the both of you, alert me to any allergies you may have so the fridge can be stocked accordingly.
