A little bit about us
She’s active, communicative, easygoing and generally very happy! We take a Montessori “respectful parenting” approach (rather than authoritarian or disciplinary), love to include her in everything, and spend a lot of time outdoors with her year-round 🍁❄️🌱!
Ideally you are patient, loving, communicative, enjoy the outdoors and spending lots of time with little ones:) We want someone who would be a friend to her, and help guide when she is looking for guidance but otherwise will be eager to simply nourish the natural sense of curiosity and wonder children have to explore, discover and learn about the world around them!
There are usually 2-4 other adults in the house at all times but most work full-time (from home). Located in East Sandwich. Will ask for references.

A little bit about us
We both work from home so we will be around during the day to help out where needed. Our ideal schedule is Mon-Thur 9am to 4:30pm with Fridays off, but there may be some weeks with more hours and we will be sure to communicate changes well in advance. We are willing to be a little flexible on hours.
This position will be paid an hourly wage (ON the books following all applicable laws). We would expect you to work between 25 & 35 hours/ week, but again we can be flexible. You will have full access to all of the food and drinks in our house and we'll make sure we have what you like for lunches/snacks/etc in stock!
Most importantly, we want you to be "part of the family" and enjoy the experience.
