The opportunity requires someone who is able to have fun, be flexible, be firm when the situation calls for it, but follow up with kindness. My hope is that you will own the opportunity to get to know these kids and guide them through their day. Help them learn life skills, reinforce manners, play with them, be creative, learn life lessons, and not be afraid to collaborate with me during the process if something isn't working.
Along with the experience with taking care of my kids, there will also be some light house cleaning.
