A little bit about us
Awesome living situation. One week paid vacation. $500 educational stipend. 12 month contract or longer. Shared use of SUV. Renters and car insurance paid, No health. No guests or partners. Small indoor pet ok. Large private deck, and garden areas. In ground pool on acreage.
Duties include childcare and toy pick up. DISHES. Wipe down counters.. Vacuum Sweep Mop etc. Organizing. Laundry. Light prep of meals for kids. Sweeping pool.
Taking kids to activities. Homework is a must, kids are in competitive private school.
Spanish skills for tutoring a huge plus.
No shopping or errands. Am looking for a dependable housekeeper for weekly cleaning separately, so no deep cleaning. Mom likes to prep meals in vast majority of cases.
We both work. Husband owns two companies. Mom has spine injury and minor mobility issues. We seriously need more hands. We treat our helper as a family member and are friends with every one who has worked for us, even when it wasn't a good fit. We enjoy living next door and having shared meals occasionally as neighbors.
We would very much like more long term, everyone has been with us for a year or more. Very private people. Friendly introverts. Modern moderate lifestyle. We have sweet well behaved kids, even if they don't like to pick up and can't be trusted alone with sweets. 🤣
We honestly aren't sure about our parenting style... we just try to get them to do as they are told, and keep them healthy and safe.
