We aren’t making 6 figures so a price would be talked about and offers appreciated and considered. When it comes to my kids I’m definitely a mama bear so there would be a very thorough “interview” I hope you understand. My son is who you would be with all day and as he may be a handful sometimes he is still a sweet boy. Hopefully get to know some really awesome potential people. Thank you for reading ! Would love to get to know you :)

A little bit about us
Hello everyone! My husband Conlan and I are looking for a family interested in a nanny-share arrangement starting October 31st. My husband primarily work from home, and I works from home 3-4 days per week. We live in SE Olympia in a private, safe, and wooded neighborhood, an ideal environment for children. Our daughter enjoys playing daily in our cul-de-sac and exploring the surrounding woods. We're at the end of the street, with no nearby neighbors, making it a peaceful, spacious setting. Our nanny takes our daughter Maeve on walks almost every day when the weather is nice.
We have a clean, well-kept, smoke-free home and are seeking to share our nanny with a family who has a child under 2 years old. Maeve is currently 16 months old, and a child of similar age would be ideal, though we would consider one as young as 6 months.
Over the past year, we’ve shared our nanny with another family and found her impeccable references, originally from the Care app, to be spot-on. This arrangement is coming to an end soon, so we’re looking for a new family to share with. Our nanny, who lives nearby in Yelm, has years of experience with multiple families (3), caring for their children for 3-5 years each. All have had glowing things to say about her, including her reliability—she has never been late to our home.
Our nanny works full-time Monday through Friday (7:45am to 4:30pm), and her pay is $21.00 per hour, with guaranteed full-time hours and 6.5 days of PTO/sick leave as required by WA state. She has no concerns about late nights or overtime under this arrangement. We are looking for another family that also requires a full-time nanny and is willing to split the cost. Unfortunately, part-time arrangements won’t work for us.
Please feel free to reach out via PM if you have any questions!
