--son, 6 years old, is on the Autism spectrum with suspected ADHD. He is an incredibly affectionate and social boy who thrives on connection. He is highly energetic and sensory-seeking, requiring a caregiver who can provide consistent, loving boundaries and engage in active play.
--R, 4 years old, is a bright and spirited daughter who enjoys imaginative play.
Parental Roles: I am a stay-at-home mom with some ongoing health struggles seeking additional support in the afternoon after school to ensure our children's well-being and development. My husband works as a full time software engineer.
We are looking for an experienced part time nanny with the potential to move to full time work if the fit is right! We need a candidate with experience in autism, as P has level 3 autism, and the main purpose of this job is to assist with our son after school (2 pm) until we wind down for bed (6:00 pm). We would of course want our nanny to also engage with our 4-year-old daughter! But definitely someone who had a heart for significant special needs and a willingness to support autistic children. We need special help with diaper changes, bath time, and dinner preparation/support, as these are the most challenging parts of care. You are a highly energetic and engaging individual who can keep up with our active son and provide stimulating activities for both children.
You will have the opportunity to make a significant and positive impact on the lives of two young children, particularly our son. Our previous nanny was so impacted by her work that she plans to devote her career to pediatric occupational therapy, working with children with ASD/ADHD.

We are looking for a God fearing, enthusiastic, happy, kids loving full time nanny. We'd love for this experience to become more of a life long family and friendship. I have 3 toddler and expecting another at the end of the August. Your hours will be 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 8am to 5pm. Expectations during the day consist of breakfast, lunch, snack, loaded the dishwasher with dishes from meals. Diaper changing & potty reminders. Stimulating activities and continued conversation. Arts and crafts and outdoor activity. Bottle preparing, naps, and play area cleanup. Book reading, alphabet practice, and number familiarity. Everyday should be something new and exciting. You’ll attend physical therapy at our home & learn new skills to help familiarize our youngest. Discipline skills are highly important with my kids who are constantly testing new boundaries. All the kids are eager to learn and big helpers with everything. Communication is Huge! Constant feedback is great! Let's build a beautiful foundation for my Family together.
