Key Responsibilities
• Childcare: Providing attentive care, engaging the 4-year-old in age-appropriate play, and managing the newborn’s feeding and nap schedule.
• Transportation: Safe drop-off and pick-up for our 4-year-old at school/activities. (Must have a clean driving record).
• Meal Prep: Preparing healthy, vegetarian snacks and meals for the children.
• Light Housekeeping: Keeping the main areas tidy, managing the children's laundry, and staying on top of baby-specific cleaning (sterilizing bottles, pump parts, etc.).
Requirements
• Experience: Proven experience with both newborns and preschoolers.
• Dietary Respect: We are a meat-free home; we ask that you respect this by not bringing or preparing meat in the house.
• Safety: CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified).
• Vibe: Someone who is organized, patient, and truly enjoys the "magic" of early childhood.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of professional childcare experience
• Significant experience caring for infants (ideally ages 5-12 months)
• History of long-term commitment with previous families (2+ years preferred)
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Non-smoker
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive, loving care for our baby
• Follow and support established feeding, nap, and daily routines
• Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities
• Prepare bottles and assist with baby meal prep as needed (as baby grows)
• Baby-related housekeeping, including:
• Laundry
• Bottle cleaning/sanitizing
• Keeping nursery and play areas tidy
