A little bit about us

Looking for a live in nanny to watch our girls for ~40 hours/week. One is almost 2 and the other is expected April of 2022. Compensation would be a combination of free lodging (1bedroom downstairs apartment with separate entrance) and hourly wage. We would want someone who is comfortable with a trade off between hourly rate and lodging and does not mind sharing a house but with private living spaces. We want a nanny that genuinely loves children and wants to help them develop and grow and is willing to also do some light house work.

A little bit about us

We’re seeking a family with one child to join a nanny share. We have a fantastic nanny who has been with us for nearly 2 years and is truly wonderful with kids. We have two children, a 4-year-old boy and a 2 year old girl, and we’re hoping to find one more child to join, ideally between 18 months and 3-4 years old.

Care would take place in our home in north Bellingham. Our nanny currently works Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with some flexibility in hours.

It’s important that you’re comfortable with the nanny driving your child—she drops off our son at preschool three days per week and regularly takes the kids on fun outings to parks, the library, story time, and the FIG. We have room for a third car seat in our vehicle.

Pay would be minimum wage, $18.66, per family.

If you’re looking for a warm, engaging, and active care environment, we’d love to connect!

A little bit about us

We are looking for an active, observant, communicative, creative caregiver for our son, Luca. He will be 1 year old when his parents return to work full time (we are both teachers in Bellingham). We hope to find someone who will maintain a safe environment, help to foster independence as is developmentally appropriate, and spend as much time as possible outdoors. We would need Luca’s caregiver to arrive at our house at 7:45am and stay until 4:00pm. Our home is located in a very walkable part of town (Columbia neighborhood) with several parks nearby. Daily activities for Luca would include a walk or bike ride around the neighborhood, snacks and meals, two naps, unstructured playtime outside or indoors, crafts, reading books, and taking care of self and environment. We hope to find someone who is flexible and calm, who can observe Luca closely and help him to work towards independence while being guided and supported to get his needs met. Luca is an active, curious, and happy little guy who loves to be outdoors, no matter the weather. Note: We have another family who is interested in doing a nanny-share with us if you would be interested in caring for two 1-year-olds!
