A little bit about us

Hello. My name is Ashley. I have a 7 & 2 year old. My husband and I both work full time jobs but would only need care Mon-Tues. I would get my daughter to school and she would take the bus home and you could just get her from the bus.
We aren’t making 6 figures so a price would be talked about and offers appreciated and considered. When it comes to my kids I’m definitely a mama bear so there would be a very thorough “interview” I hope you understand. My son is who you would be with all day and as he may be a handful sometimes he is still a sweet boy. Hopefully get to know some really awesome potential people. Thank you for reading ! Would love to get to know you :)

A little bit about us

Hello everyone! My husband and I are looking for a family interested in a nanny-share arrangement starting August 10.

We live in SE Olympia in a private, safe, smoke-free home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a wooded neighborhood. It has been a great environment for our daughter, Maeve, who is 3 years old. She loves playing outside, going on walks with our nanny when the weather is nice, and exploring the area around our home.

We are looking to share our nanny with a family that has one child. A child close to Maeve’s age would be ideal, but we would consider a younger child as well.

For the past 2.5 years, we have shared our nanny with another family, and it has been a wonderful arrangement. That family’s needs are changing, so we are now looking for a new family to share with.

Our nanny has been excellent. She originally came to us through http://Care.com with impeccable references, and those references have proven to be spot-on. She lives nearby in Yelm and has years of experience caring for children with multiple families, often staying with each family for 3 to 5 years. Every family we spoke with had glowing things to say about her. She is extremely reliable, and in the years she has been with us, she has never been more than a few minutes late.

Her schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Her rate is $21 per hour, which would be split evenly between both families at $10.50 per hour per family. She receives guaranteed full-time hours and 6.5 days of PTO/sick leave as required by Washington state.

We are looking for another family that needs full-time care and is comfortable splitting the cost. Unfortunately, part-time arrangements will not work for us at this time.

Please feel free to send me a private message with any questions.
