My teen daughter needs no assistance
My teen son has autism and needs a 10 min warning to get ready for school
My 12 year old needs the same as my oldest son
My two youngest 5 & 6 both need the most care. The 5 year old is in prek and doesn’t go to school until 11:30 ish and returns approx at 3. My 6 year old gets on the bus at 8 and returns about 3:15.
M-F at this time starting from [phone number hidden] and then 245-5:00
Possibly later nights as needed but they will be rarity.
The bus for the 3 boys comes to the front door pick up/drop off. The 12 year old walks to our corner to pick up the bus. So no driving in that respect.
Will need assistance likely with making breakfast for the 2 boys and early lunch for the youngest before he gets on the school bus
My 4 kids do have developmental delays/autism. 3 can verbalize wants and needs. My oldest uses very short sentences to express himself.

Our daughter, Julia, was born in early June. She's been an easy baby so far, and of course is incredibly cute. I WFH and my wife is a SAHM. Currently looking for help to get everyone enough sleep while baby learns sleep patterns, so at least 2-3 months of an engagement.
We do have pet birds, which are sweet and will leave you alone unless you wish to engage with them.

My kiddos are super independent (but not enough to be home alone yet), happy, smart, kind, helpful, active, creative.
They could ride the bus home each day or be picked up from school. We live close enough to walk home, but they have to cross a busy road (yelm hwy), so would need a grown up to walk home with.
We have family close by that can help out occasionally, but I am looking for someone who could be consistent!
