About Us:
We are a warm and welcoming family seeking an experienced and caring nanny to provide full-time care for our precious twin boys, who are former micro preemies. As of January 5th, their actual age will be 9 months, with a corrected age of 5 months.
Responsibilities:
Confidently handle and care for twins, with a preference for experience in caring for preemies.
Bottle feeding.
Diapering and putting babies down for naps.
Supporting their development with activities like tummy time and other age appropriate activities.
Introducing solids when ready and assisting with light tasks such as children's laundry, setting up the bottle washing machine etc.
Our Home Environment:
Both parents work from home, with one parent in a designated office and the other in a living room nook.
Dad plans to start going to the office at least two days a week in the new year 2025.

A competitive hourly rate of $30-$35+ benefits (PTO, sick time etc), depending on experience.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a nanny, especially with twins and preemies.
A nurturing and dependable caregiver with a positive and structured approach to childcare.
Availability to start ASAP.
Infant CPR + First aid certified
Non-smoker
Up to date on vaccinations (Flu, COVID, TDAP)
Clean background check/driving record
Has reliable transportation
