Our family: Our son, Declan, is 4.5 months old. My husband and I work in hybrid roles, are fully vaccinated, love traveling, music, and good coffee/bourbon/wine. What we're looking for in a family: Child of similar age, family members fully vaccinated, and open/direct communicators. We'd like a family who shares our desire for the nanny to use the positive parenting style, create a bilingual environment, and infuse the Montessori approach when structuring the children's day.

A little bit about us
Our hours are extremely demanding and right now Charlie (3 yo) has been living in Tacoma with her grandparents to save money on childcare. We really want to bring her home and the right nanny will help us do that.
Charlie is a high-energy, highly-mature 3 y/o and future ballerina. She loves to sing and dance and craft the day away. Super sweet and increasingly self sufficient (wahh).
We'd need a nanny to be at home with Charlie 3 days a week from 830-6. No chores or cleanup needed outside of feeding Charlie. We will do all the meal prep.
Outings to the park, omsi, other activities, or visits to the flower shop are definitely encouraged..
