I would need someone about one week a month- his schedule changes so it’d probably be a different week each month. Possibly looking for help just one day a week in general too.
As I’m sure it’s obvious, I would need somebody with a flexible schedule.

A little bit about us
I’m thinking maybe 2 days a week for around 5 hours which may increase and my pregnancy goes on. Also, after a while, watching the babies while I take a nap or do laundry, run errands etc.
I would like a 2 week schedule as it fits with my husband’s work commitments. For example, week 1 I would like help wed and Thursday, week 2 help Tuesday and Friday.
Also, maybe some date nights every once in a while.
I really want to vibe with whoever will be in my home and make sure you will be a good fit for me and my babies. I’m a pretty laid back person! I have 2 big dogs (you wouldn’t be expected to do anything for them and they stay in a back area or outside). I also have 2 cats who are very chill but it probably won’t be a good fit for you if you have allergies to cats/dogs.
My oldest son is almost 2. He is such a good boy and loves to play independently. He loves going out places and is well behaved, he also loves being in the back yard playing with water. I would like to have a little more 1:1 time with just me and him.
My other son is almost 8 months and is slowly becoming more independent. He loves animals and being entertained!
I would need someone who is reliable, punctual and is comfortable around babies to pitch in and help me. I don’t expect anyone to be doing house work.
Message me if you may be interested! Thank you for reading.

Responsibilities would include picking up 3 year old from school around noon (Occasionally drop off at 9), feeding lunch to both baby and toddler, and afternoon play, and putting baby down for nap when needed. I will usually not venture too far to be around for the baby to nurse every few hours (unless we can figure out how to get her to take a bottle!)
Nathan is 3 and loves to play, learn, and be outside. He loves trains, cars, running/jumping, coloring, his busy books, and stickers. He also loves his baby sister....
Natalie, who is 8 months, and just the sweetest peach and happiest baby. She loves to play with her brother, explore her surroundings daily independently and try new foods.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Mount Dora, FL
If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.
What is an Infant Nanny in Mount Dora, FL
An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.
Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position
Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:
- What is your specific experience with this age group?
- Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Mount Dora, FL? Are you willing to be trained?
- How do you handle a crying baby?
- How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
- What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
- How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
- What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?
You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
