A little bit about us

We have one fun loving 2-year-old boy and a sweet little 2-month-old baby boy. We just found out our current full time nanny is moving in November, so we are looking for a new nanny to fill her role. We will be guaranteeing 45 hours per week, with some weeks the option for additional hours (evenings/weekends). The hours we 100% need during the week (Monday - Friday) is approximately 8:30am-5 p.m. Our number 1 priority is the children, so duties with them would include engaging with them, doing activities & teaching them new skills, keeping our infant on a schedule, sometimes assisting with pick up from preschool, cooking meals for the children. We love to keep an organized home so housework duties would include, laundry for the whole family, organizing the children's rooms/playroom, tidying up the kitchen after meals (wiping down counters, putting dishes away, emptying dishwasher).

A little bit about us

Looking for a kind and patient nanny for our 8 month old boy. We value engagement and one on one attention greatly and want him to have meaningful interactions each day. We know how important relationships are for babies development so we want to find someone for the long haul. We practice attachment parenting and want someone whose values align in the same way. We have heard many times that our boy is “the best baby” and we hope you think so too! We have two medium sized dogs in the house who will watch your back while you’re taking care of our babe!

A little bit about us

My husband and I are looking for a part-time nanny for our 6 month old son. Our older kids (6 and 8) are in school, but we may need help occasionally with them while my husband and I are at work.

We are looking for a loving, energetic, kind and loyal person to watch our nearly six month old son a couple days per week while my husband and I are at work. We’d love this person to be excited to take him places, like the zoo, Conservancy, playground or library, which we live very close to. The job would include light housework (the baby’s laundry, tidying up, and possibly cooking for the baby). CPR certified preferable, and references a must. Thank you!!!

A little bit about us

Hello! i am looking for a daytime Nanny for my 2 month old Son. I currently work from home and need help with the baby while i am working. He is getting a little older so tends to be up more during the day wanting to play, which is a little hard for me since i am on the phones with patients constantly. I am looking for a nanny to be here in our house with the baby & also attend pediatrician appointments when his father is not able to go. I do prefer someone with lots of experience and CPR certified.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Naples, FL

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Naples, FL

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Naples, FL? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
