Baby is due in November. Will have paternity and maternity leave until end of May 2026. Looking for child care options for next summer+. Want to explore nanny Carr in addition to use exploring day cares in our area.
My job runs me later in day (I work at Microsoft and have teams in west coast) and wife’s job runs earlier in day (she works with Europe often). If we do a nanny program we would need them during our core overlap hours (~10am to 4pm) with some days needing to stay an hour or so longer.
