We are hoping to find some overnight care for our daughter! It would mainly consist of picking her up from the crib when she’s fussy, feeding her when she wakes (about once or twice a night), and changing her. She is currently crib training right now and is a light sleeper. She’s sleeping approximately 6 of the 8 hours in the crib, with the rest of the time being held.
The expectations are to be up and ready if she needs to be picked up. Shift would be
10 pm to 7 am everyday
