Will need to change diapers, prepare meals/bottles engage baby by reading and playing. No screens! Would like him to attend music classes in our complex occasionally. Take him for walks around the apartment complex daily regardless of weather. Light cooking/house cleaning and children's laundry (in building) once per week. Mom and/or dad will be home bulk of the time but working remotely. From 7:45am - 9am you’d be alone with the baby while other child is dropped off at school. Minimum five years experience, two references required. Must be fully vaccinated & CPR certified.

Family: 3-month-old baby and a 4.5-year-old (school M–F mornings). Primary focus is the baby, plus help with school drop-off/pick-up, holidays, and occasional evenings. Mom is home and involved — you'd be hands-on with the baby's daily care, with mom deciding on activities/classes and nearby to collaborate. Supportive partnership, not solo coverage.
Responsibilities (even split of childcare & household):
* Infant care and age-appropriate activities
* Help with our 4.5-year-old outside school hours, incl. occasional pickup
* Family laundry (wash, fold, put away)
* Tidying toys/common areas; light cleaning (vacuum, mop, countertops)
* Dishwasher loading/unloading
* Simple food prep for kids and occasionally the family
* Occasional errands and evening/date-night babysitting
Schedule: ~30–35 hrs/week, consistent once set (some flexibility possible, e.g. a student's class schedule). Wednesdays 8 AM–12 PM required; other mornings most helpful; occasional evenings a plus. Paid for scheduled hours even if plans change.
Compensation & benefits:
* $25–30/hr based on experience (higher end for early childhood ed background + strong infant experience)

* Modest rate increase during Hamptons weeks (live-in)

Most days we’re looking for ~8-6pm, and would love to have one day with a later start time and end time as I work one evening a week. We are looking for a nanny to help with my son’s schedule, help with introducing solids when he’s at that age, go to activities and arrange play dates. Helping with his laundry and light housework.
