A little bit about us

Hi! I am looking for a nanny to watch my 6 week old daughter. I am not due till September 2023 but wanting to get a head start to see who would be available! It would be Monday - Friday, 8am to 4:30pm! Some days will get off early due to holidays and my work schedule. I do work from home but need someone to help take care of the baby. Must be ok with dogs and cats as well! Don’t have to take care of them, just the baby!

A little bit about us

I am a first time just started back working. I work from home but soon my husband will be working out of the home and I will need help watching the baby for several hours during the day. I have a 5 mo old little boy. His name is Uriah. The hours would be roughly M-F 11a or 12 noon until about 4p-5p. I am looking for a nanny who can become more like family over time. I will need someone who doesn’t mind feeding, changing, playing with the baby, and putting him to sleep. I will be in the home so if things get out of hand (baby can be a handful sometimes), I can step in to help. Issue is I just can’t do that all the time. Hence why I need a nanny. I may also need someone whom I can have come over for date evenings/nights on Weekends.

Looking for a nanny to look after my twin boys. Grandmother will be in the house, so I need someone to help her since the boys are getting heavier now. The twins are very active, love to crawl all over the house. We are looking for a nanny to come from 10 am to 4pm. Someone who will play with them, help feed them, and put them to sleep. When the weather is nicer to take them out on walks.

A little bit about us

Jaxon is a playful and active little boy. We are looking for someone to care for him in our home while we are working in our home office. We do have two dogs, so they would need to be comfortable with pets. They are not responsible for the pets. Just change the baby, feeding the baby, and playing with the baby.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Wimauma, FL

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Wimauma, FL

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Wimauma, FL? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
