I also have a medium sized beagle lab mix, and a cat. My dog has stranger danger so it will take a few visits for her to get used to you, so experience with dogs is a must.
I am looking for a full-time M-F nanny for my son (just under 1.5 yrs old). I will want to create an adventurous routine, so comfort driving him and a safe, reliable vehicle will be very useful. He likes to go outside and go places so this will be a position that requires lots of outdoor time and trips to various different places we can discuss.
Looking for help ASAP! Highly prefer someone within 15 mins or so of Harrisonburg.

We are looking for a God fearing, enthusiastic, happy, kids loving full time nanny. We'd love for this experience to become more of a life long family and friendship. I have 3 toddler and expecting another at the end of the August. Your hours will be 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 8am to 5pm. Expectations during the day consist of breakfast, lunch, snack, loaded the dishwasher with dishes from meals. Diaper changing & potty reminders. Stimulating activities and continued conversation. Arts and crafts and outdoor activity. Bottle preparing, naps, and play area cleanup. Book reading, alphabet practice, and number familiarity. Everyday should be something new and exciting. You’ll attend physical therapy at our home & learn new skills to help familiarize our youngest. Discipline skills are highly important with my kids who are constantly testing new boundaries. All the kids are eager to learn and big helpers with everything. Communication is Huge! Constant feedback is great! Let's build a beautiful foundation for my Family together.
