Ideally, we are searching for someone experienced with early childhood development, feeding and nutrition, and motor-skills and age appropriate milestone development and encouragement. We are looking for someone who can commit to a 4-5 month contract minimum, with option to extend.

We are looking for in-home care for our infant beginning March 2nd, about 30 hours/week! If done in a nanny share, we are flexible about hours. Both parents will be working from home but we need supervision of our 4-month-old daughter. Our schedules are somewhat flexible but we're hoping for about 5-7 hours per day, Monday-Friday.
We are looking for someone who is experienced with infants and has their own transportation, as we are about 2 miles from the nearest Metro station. No driving necessary but some light housework support (laundry, cleaning bottles, etc.) would be great.
Our daughter is a charmer who will be about 4 months old at start time in March, and we have a smoke-free and pet-free home!

Older two children in school most days. Primary responsibility will be very young infant. For the first 2+ months, most days will be in Arlington at my office with me present but working and only the infant to care for. Must have experience with infants. I will be present and breastfeeding through the day. Position will eventually transition to our home in Falls Church in an unknown/TBD time frame.
