A little bit about us

Hi there! My husband and I are in search of a nanny to help with our one year old little girl. I work in healthcare (on night shift), and he works from home. We just need someone who would be able to help in watching her a few days a week just to let me sleep and let my husband work. Days will likely vary, but I do know my schedule well in advance. Looking for someone at least 2 days a week right now to take some of the workload off of my husband.

A little bit about us

We have four children: Jacob is 1 (he'll be 2 in December), Clara just turned 4, Ethan just turned 8, and Audrey is 10. Clara and Jacob go to preschool and will need to be picked up at 1 p.m. They will have had lunch, but afterward Jacob will need a nap. So for an hour or two, you will just have one (awake) child to worry about. Ethan will get off the bus a little after 3. Ethan has special needs but is generally self-sufficient; you'll notice he seems much younger than his age and needs a fair amount of direction. Most days, I (mom) will pick Audrey up at her school and take her back to work with me, but some days you might need to pick her up from school at 3. I will always be home between 5 and 5:30, so your total hours for the week will be between 16 and 20 hours. We pay generously and have a comfortable home with a big backyard (swingset, sandbox). We do have pets (a non-shedding dog and backyard chickens). Looking for someone who can, above all, engage our kids in productive, fun play (no screens!) for a few hours, provide snacks, and generally love our kids. Bonus points for those who can ensure the house is fairly tidy when we return.

A little bit about us

Hello, we are one of two families who are friends looking for a nanny share. One family in 27103 (need MWF) has a 3yo soon to be 4 in December, and the second in 27104 (need TuTh) has a 4yo and 18mo. We are looking for someone who is dependable and good at proactively engaging kids in play and learning as needed. Our kiddos all enjoy playtime outside as much as possible, and time for reading and drawing. Both houses have relatively flat areas to play outside. No pets. We need someone who is open to doing pickup from preschool, is willing to still care for children who are a little sick, can assemble snacks, and is ok with one or both parents working from home at the same time. A nanny who is available through the end of the school year and even longer would be preferred, though we are open to shorter time frames. Thanks for considering.
