A little bit about us

We are seeking someone with positive energy, creativity, patience and a "seize the day" attitude to join our family with two toddlers (and two cats!). This role is a hybrid nanny and parent-helper role. Working approx. 45 hours each week, you'll help care for our boy (16 mos.) and girl (2. 5 years) and pitch in with everything that comes with running the house, for example: laundry, tidying, grabbing milk at the store when we're running out (or putting in the next diaper order), finding craft projects, setting up a playdate with a local friend, making healthy muffins, packing for a trip, etc. Mom works part-time and wants to spend time with the kids when she's able to! You'll have room, board, car, paid vacation, and opportunity to travel with us. We plan to be between NYC and our home in Upstate NY this fall so you'll spend time with us in both locations.

A little bit about us

Hello!

We are a blended family living on the Upper East Side looking for someone to work for us full time.

We have two children (boys ages 7 and 11), and since we share them with their mom, they are with us 3 days out of the 10 you would be working (1st week they are here on Thursdays, second week they are here Thursday and Friday). On the days the children are here we would look for you to help with picking them up from school, dropping them off at sports activities, preparing their sports equipment and clothing for them, preparing meals for them and overall taking care of them.

On the days they are not here, we are looking for help with housekeeping tasks including deep cleaning, laundry, keeping everything neat and organized, wardrobe management, various errands like dropping off dry cleaning, doing the grocery shopping (through fresh direct), etc.

On the days the kids are here we would need you to come from 12-8 in order to accommodate their sports schedules and when they are not here we can follow a regular 9-5 schedule. You would be coming in Monday-Friday.

I would be happy to answer any additional questions about the role!
