A little bit about us
We have 4 amazing kids who bring so much joy and personality to our home:
Olivia (17) – Independent and busy with school and friends.
Holden (5) – A bright, curious boy who will be starting kindergarten this fall.
Callen (4) – Full of energy and imagination… He attends preschool 3x/week from 9-11:30.
Henley (2) – Our happy, sweet baby girl who everyone adores. She’ll also be attending preschool with Callen in the fall.
I work in healthcare outside the home (typically 7-3:30), and my husband works from a home office. While he’s focused during the day, he’s available if needed. We also have 4 friendly dogs.
Our family values kindness, creativity, and connection. We don’t use TV or screens for our children. We love to fill their days with outdoor play, reading, crafts, etc. We’re looking for someone who shares that philosophy and genuinely enjoys engaging with kids in meaningful ways.
The position focuses primarily on caring for our toddler and our preschooler (when he’s not in school). Responsibilities include keeping them safe and engaged through play, as well as light tidying and simple meal prep related to the children. Occasional care for our 5 year old on days off school and very occasional weekend or overnight help (for short parent getaways) would be appreciated but not required.
Hours: Monday thru Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
Start Date: Flexible
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience, with paid holidays and vacation time.
If you’re nurturing, patient, reliable, and love working with young children, we’d be thrilled to meet you. We’re excited to welcome someone special into our home who will become part of our story. 💛
